We extend the recent microscopic theory of the vortex motion in type-II superconductors by Caroli and Maki to that in superconductors containing magnetic impurities. Restricting ourselves to the dirty limit we show that, in high magnetic field, a constant electric field induces a uniform motion of the order parameter in the direction perpendicular to both the electric and the magnetic fields with a velocity u=E/H, as in ordinary type-II superconductors, where E is the electric field and H is the magnetic field. The flux flow resistivity as well as the thermomagnetic effects are calculated in the high field region.
