Motion of the Vortex Lattice in a Pure Type II Superconductor

We reexamine microscopically various transport currents in the resistive state of a pure type II superconductor in high magnetic fields. It is found that some important terms in the current expressions were neglected in the earlier version by Caroli and Maki. The inclusion of these terms results in the following expressions of the flow resistivity R_f and the Hall angle φ. and R_f=R_n(1-(m(H_<c2>-B))/(πeN(1.16(2k_2^2(t)-1)+1))) φ=(τeB)/m where B is the magnetic induction. The Ettingshausen coefficient and the Peltier coefficient are also derived.
