Hidden Sector Structure and Fractionally Charged States in Calabi-Yau Compactified String Model : Particles and Fields

We investigate the gauge group structure of hidden sector in Calabi-Yau compactified string model by taking account of the modular invariance condition. The models with phenomenologically favorable observable sector become modular invariant introducing the Wilson line in hidden sector. We also comment on the existence of fractionally charged color neutral states in connection with the proton stability.
