Quark Mass Ratios and K_<l3> Decay Parameters

Relations of K_<l3> decay parameters to quark mass ratios are discussed. It is pointed out that ξ(K^0) might be larger than ξ(K^+) as the result of quark mass differences. And conversely, constraints on the quark mass ratios are derived from experimental values of ξ.
