A universality of neutral current interactions is introduced into the model based on the urbaryon (quark)-lepton correspondence, which is called the ULC. By making use of the universality we can construct phenomenologically two sets of weak current interactions, including charged- and neutral-currents, one of which involves charm-changing neutral-current in order to satisfy the universality. The proposed model gives us a reasonable agreement with the presently available experimental data on various neutrino-induced reactions and atomic physics experiments. To interpret the universality in charged- and neutral-current interactions a hypothetical composite substructure of quarks and leptons is introduced. We also discuss the differences between neutral currents of our model and the conventional gauge models which do not possess our universality.
