Excited states of the weak gauge bosons, W^* and Z^*, are introduced through isotriplet matter fields of an Su(2)_L^<loc>×U(1)_ Y<loc> model, which are regarded as boundstates of spinor constituents carrying the weak-charges. Underlying dynamics of the form of nonlinear-interactions determines effective interactions for W^* and Z^*. On the basis of the induced lagrangian, productions of W^* and Z^* at pp^^--colliders are briefly discussed.
