An approximation is proposed to calculate the one-particle Green's function of a strongly correlated itinerant electron system. The Green's function describes the coexistence of the characters of Fermi liquid and those of localized moments. The T-linear term of specific heat and T-square term of resistivity of metallic state are discussed as well as T_1 of nuclear spins, and the results are consistent with the experiments on vanadium oxides.
