Effects of colchicine and bisphosphonate on the cytoskeleton and the Golgi apparattus in ctultured osteoclast-like cells were observed by the CLSM and cooled CCDcamera. Colchicine induces the disappearance of microtubules in the cell, but tlne localization of Golgiapparatus was not influenced. Bisplnosphouxates disarrazxgedthe actiun ring located in the periphery of the osteoclast-likecells.
