ln this treatise I want to explain the necessary change of the characteristics of the logic and leading principles of the business administration in our present times.After the World War II, especially for recent several years, our social, political and economic worlds have been changed from their foundations. It may be rightly called the revolutionary change. For example, it may be enough only to point out the collapse of the Soviet Union and the disappearance of the Communist Party. All capitalism countries can not but also receive the important effects from their changes. As any one knows, our classical capitalism changed already into the managerial capitalism. And the traditional entrepeneurial management has changed into the managerial management, namely the traditional "logic of capital" and principles of profit maximamization are not available, now. Then, what are the logic of managenent and their leading principles of today? We must search these logic and principles. And We can find this way, I think, in the combination of German thinking of managerial economics (the objective side of the business administration existence) and American thinking of management functions (the subjective side of the business administration existence). And this way is shown already in the famous Barnard's book "The Functions of the Executive, 1938". It is nothing but Barnardian theory of the human cooperative system, to our science the managerical cooperative system. We can call this logic of the managerial cooperative system especially the logic of the subjective formation of the business administration existence for the social and economic development. Next, according to this logic, the profit is not more the purpose,but the reward for the social contribution or the social resonsibility. Thus, the leading principles of maagement are the increase of "contributed value", as Drucker, P. F. so calls. Thus,so long as the new logic and new principles of business administration existence are faithfally practiced, any business company will be able to maintain its prosperity and development as an excellent company.
