A numerical forecast model of flood inundation flows usually composes an analysis model of flood flows and an analysis model of inundation flows. These analysis models often use high approximate equations, and the calculation time is comparatively long. As the calculation mesh of an inundation flows model dose not offer a close enough is not enough to approximate ground elevations, computational accuracy declines. In this paper, we discuss the development of a practicable forecast model of flood inundation flows. The model maintains computational accuracy and allows for high-speed calculation. First, model equations of flood flows and inundation flows were selected theoretical. Second, the calculation mesh of the inundation flows model was divided by the usual mesh interval into five peace. Third, the flood flows analysis model is included the effects density at the river mouth.
