Wave hindeast for Osaka Bay was carried out by use of the multiple regression wave model described in physical parameters. In the model, ocean waves were separated into wind waves and swell components and assumed that the propagation speed of each wave component is constant. From this assumption, the governing equations of the model are expressed as linear algebraic equations and are able to be formulated by the multiple regression analysis. In this paper, it is presented that the wave computation result shows good accuracy for both high and low waves.
