High Conductive Photo-Polymerized LB Ultra Thin Film Prepared from Thiophene Derivatives

A LB molecule for photo-polymerization was prepared from thiophene derivatives. A LB molecule is added with 2 drainage bonds. Those bonds are dissociated when it is photo-polymerized. The conductivity of the LB multilayer, 11 time accumulated, is measured. The result for the photo-polymerized specimens becomes 65 times higher compared with the non polymerized specimens. This method will increase the possibility in building up moleculer device.
