The efficacy of global monitoring for our environment from space has been shown since 60s. EMC communities have noticed the necessity of investigation of Electromagnetic environment from space. There are several ongoing projects, and lightning observation by detecting VHF is one of most promising projects. That is SOHLA project, and it is introduced in this report.
