Basic Model of Spray Drying Granulation

A simplified spray drying granulation model of a hollow granule from dispersed-system slurries was proposed in this work. The granulation mechanism was analyzed to replace with the solid-liquid separation by filtration. The factors that affect the diameter and the strength of the granule were investigated from the simulation based on the model.
