The altimetry of flying objects is important in flight experiments using aircraft models that fly at high speed. In this research, two three-dimensional measurement systems of the high-speed moving object using ultrasonic sensor are described. In the system, an ultrasonic sensor for data transmission is set in the aircraft model, and in the other system, it is set on the ground. In the former system, the different propagation speed between ultrasonic wave and radio wave is utilized. These system are composed of a transmitter, receivers, a transponder and PC. These components are controlled by PIC which is a micro processing chip. Characteristics of these systems obtained by some experiments are discussed.
