The photocurrents of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) under high-intensity laser irradiation are studied theoretically. Photocurrents of $E_{11}$ excitons dissociated by the Auger recombination process are calculated for zigzag CNTs with various diameters. The photocurrents due to dissociated excitons emerge at the threshold laser-intensity and the threshold decreases as the CNT diameters increase. Furthermore, the photocurrents become larger for larger diameter CNTs.
