The frequency dependences of the dielectric properties $\varepsilon_{\text{r}}{}'$ and $\varepsilon_{\text{r}}{}''$ for 10 at. % Y-doped CeO2 (Ce0.9Y0.1O2-δ), which is a typical oxide-ion conductor, were investigated in a frequency range from 5 Hz to 13 MHz and in a temperature range from 673 to 1073 K in air. The complex dielectric constants were successfully analyzed, assuming both the polarizations of dopant-vacancy associates and charging or loss currents. The dielectric parameters estimated from the frequency dependences of dielectric constants were discussed in relation to admittance spectra, in addition to ac conductivity ($\sigma_{\text{ac}}$) and dielectric loss tangent ($\tan\delta$).
