We proposed a new method of blind image deconvolution suitable for the recovery of moving pictures. The moving pictures obtained using charge-coupled device (CCD) cameras are degraded by defocus or motion blur. By dynamic masking blurred images, we deblurred instantaneous images, and from the estimated blurring function, we obtained deblurred motion pictures.
