An evalution method of the most suitable size fitness with body was investigated by the waveform spacing between body and clothing.<BR>Geometry of the narrow space between body and clothing depends on its physical size and its mechanical property of clothing material.<BR>Waveforms in the development surface of the space changed with clothing materials used. The most suitable condition of the size fitness of the clothing showed the uniformity in the distribution of the space between body and clothing around the body. Moreover, touch points of the clothing with the body distributed uniformly at the hip line.<BR>A new technique of symmetrized dot patterns (SDPs) with color was developed to grasp a characteristic of space waveform of the clothing. Its representation involves the information of the deviation of the space and is very useful for evaluation of the size fitness of clothing.<BR>When a new color symmetrized dot patterns (SDPs) shows the representation of the overlapped color dots, it is evaluated as the most suitable clothing fitted with body.
