Aesthetic visual images of skirts in wear made up from fourteen kinds of cotton cloths were studied by the sensory test. The obtained results are as follows :<BR>(1) The forty panels who assessed the aesthetic image of skirts in wear have shown the same tendency in their assessment. No groups of panels have been found who assessed images in different tendency.<BR>(2) Although many terms have been used to express the aesthetic visual image of skirts in wear, every term expresses a same dynamic beauty sense.<BR>(3) The relation have been discussed between dynamic beauty sense and mechanical properties of cloths by the multi-regression analysis. The relation has revealed that skirts of thin, light and pliable cloth gives the superior dynamic beauty sense.
