Synthetic Fiber Paper Ⅱ, Preparation of PVA Fiber Paper using a Paper Machine, Jushikako: 6, 565-568 (1957)PVA fiber paper was prepared using a paper machine equipped with a vibrating short wire, and the PVA papers obtained in a pilot scale had good uniformity and formation.Synthetic Fiber Paper Ⅲ, Paper-forming of Heat-treated PVA Fiber, Jushikako: 6, 568-569 (1957)Commercial PVA fibers are treated with formaldehyde for waterproofing; but physical damages can be avoided. Synthetic paper made of heat-treated PVA fibers was soft and demonstrated several times higher folding endurance than formaldehyde-treated PVA fiber paper.
