In reversed phase liquid chromatography, we analyzed multicomponents of normal and cancer urine in order to clarify the metabolic differences between normal and cancer patients, which may be applied the diagnosis of cancer. We obtained reproducible chromatogram, exhibiting approximately 70 peaks within 30 min. Though it was diffucult to distinguish the cancer from the normal by the intensity of single peaks of the chromatogram, we successfully employed a correlation matrix method to distinguish them. Correlations between the two peaks were analyzed in 61 urine samples of normal women and 38 urine samples of gynecological cancer patients. The correlation was remarkably different in these two groups.
