Three different methods for the synthesis of dicarbobenzyloxy-L-histidylamino acid esters were studied. The general procedure of the hydrolysis of dicarbobenzyloxyhistidylamino acid esters were reported and the mechanism of this hydrolysis reaction was also discussed.
