• Observations on 24 cases of Tonsillar Malignancies that were found during the Period of 8 years are made with review of literature.Theas 4 cases are characterized by having early metastasis to Iymphodes of the neck.Tonsillar cancer are almost squamous cell carcinoma, tonsillar sarcoma are nearly reticulum cell sarcome.Tonsillar carcinoma have good prognosis by surgical treatment, but tonsillar sarcoma have a poor prognosis by surgical treatmenThearfore tonsillar sarcoma will perhaps have good prognosis by irradiation.
