43 cases of femoral fractures were experienced for recent 3 years. 14 patients with non-union or delayed union, 3 patients with subluxation of the prosthesis following replacement of the head after femoral fracture and 27 patients with fresh fracture were included in this series.We discussed with the etiology and surgery for non-union, delayed union and subluxation of the femoral prosthesis.
