Enlargement of the cervical spinal canal has been applied to 12 cases with cervical myelopathy since 1980.Four cases were cervical spondylosis.Eight cases were myelopathy due to OPLL. Postoperative results were almost good. We referred to our operation method and showed this enlargement of spinal canal with the findings of CT scan.
