A 17-year-old boy of eosinophilic granuloma in the right clavicula was reported. He was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of pain at his right clavicula. Roentgenograms revealed a round lytic lesion of the cortex in the middle area of the clavicula. The biopsy was performed and histological findings of the tumor showed the typical cellular composition of an eosinophilic granuloma, and the majority of the cells were histiocytes with a scattering of eosinophils, lymphocytes and multinucleated giant cells. The lesion was completely curetted and bone graft was done. Six months after surgery, a radiograph showed the lesion to have healed almost completely.
