A case of Garré's osteomyelitis which is a rare form of chronic osteomyelitis is reported. It is characterized by local sclerosis and thickness of cortex, and lack of infectious sign. This case had a recurrence of pain even after the fenestration. There is no definite opinion as for the essential nature and etiological problem about this disease.
