Injuries involving the midtarsal joint are rare and frequently overlooked. Delay in diagnosis may result in permanent disability. So careful clinical and radiologic assessment is nessary to define the precise injury pattern. The fresh injury is treated by closed or open reduction with internal fixation. The old one is often treated by arthrodesis of the suffered joint. We experienced the case of old fracture-dislocation of the Chopart and Lisfranc joints with nonunion of navicular fracture. We treated this case by triple arthrodesis for the care of her daily living.
