A 59-year-old female came to our hospital, complaining of a small skin tumor on her left cheek. Three years before admission, she got burn on the region. She noticed a nodule one year ago. The tumor has not changed in size, and was asymptomatic. Physical examination revealed a normal skin-colored nodule, 4mm in diameter, which had an slight elevated border. Histopathological examination disclosed the lobular strctures composed of basaloid cells and squamous cells. These cells showed nuclear atypia and mitotic figures. The nest possessed duct-like structures in the central region. These structures reacted to anti-epithelial membrane antigen antibody and anti-keratin (K19) antibody Ks 19.1, though carcinoembryonic antigen was not detected.
