We dissolved the vitamin A concentrate into the olefin, linolein & linolenin, and examined the relation between vitamin A destruction and peroxide formation in those synthetic glycerides by the use of storage test. The increase of peroxide was lesst in olefin, and largest in linolenin, but the difference between linolein and linolenin was small. The velocity of vitamin A destruction was similar in all glycerides.
