Cold-stored liver of antarctic blue whale was partly dried at higher temperature (74 to 83°C) and partly at lower (14 to 16°C). Liver powder thus dried at higher temperature con-tains larger amount of vitamin A and the less active protease than that dried at lower te ?? nperature, though the crude fat from the former shows the less vitamin A content than that from the latter.
