Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Neck of Unknown Origin:Report of 4 Cases

Four cases of cervical lymphnode metastasis of squamous cell carcinoma of unknown origin were reported. Three of these 4 patients were treated with radical neck dissection, and one patient was treated with removal of the tumor. Three patients died within 1 year from the initial treatment and 1 patient died from a neck recurrence 3 years and 5 months after the initial treatment.
