The authors experienced the considerable variety of the orbital or para-orbital diseases which manifested exophthalmos. Because of the variable etiologies, the surgeons must evaluate the patient carefully in order to get the best management. Highly individualized approach is necessary to make the correct diagnosis and the cooperative work among the different specialities may be most rewarding in this field.
