• The anatomical structures of the anus and anal canal are complicated, and various malignant tumors. develop. in the area, where the juncture of postallantoic gut and the proctoderm occurs during embryonal developement.<BR>The incidence is not so high in Japan, however, there are many intersting cases reported especially in respects of their histopathology.<BR>The three interesting cases were reported with a review of literatures-that is, the adenocarcinoma which seemed to have originated from the anal gland, the anal squamous cell carcinoma which responded to Blemycin treatment and the reticulum cell sarcoma which developed at the anorectal junction.
