1) Salt loading of ten weeks in the age of 6 weeks of SHRHP and SHRSP, as well as, salt loading of three weeks in the age of 16-19 weeks in SHRHP, SHRSP and SHR increase the blood pressure more markedly than the control rats. The blood pressure of SHRHP situates between the blood pressure of SHRSP and SHR.2) The cerebral lesion of SHRSP and SHRHP occured more frequently in salt loaded group in early age as well as in adult age.
