This paper is the sequel of the references (1),(2) concerned the consideration of the room planning. Specifically, in the reference (2),if the room planning composition could be expressed in the distance matrix, it was founded that the room planning composition could be quantitatively shown in ISM. In case of this analysis, the level division by the central indexes calculated from ISM was equal to the multilevel division and if applying this division to the room planning composition, it showed that the zoning or the traffic lines could be appropriately planned by the previous report.In this paper, it tries to rate the room planning composition of the condominium using this analysis method.The data used by this paper is 52 pieces of the condominium information. It calculated the values of the room planning composition by analyzing this database in the hedonic approach, and it selected two of the room planning composition that the value was high comparatively and comparativelylow one form these values inside and it rated those room planning composition quantitatively in ISM. To verify whether or not it was the one for which the valuation of the room planning composition by ISM was appropriate, it was alalyzed in the matroid analysis. This analysis could result in the minimum base problem of the matric matroid and searched the minimum base with the greedy algorithm. As a result of the verification, the valuation of ISM agreed with the matroid analysis one and it was founded that the valuation of the room planning composition by this paper was useful.
