Abstract : Patients suffering from food allergy are increasing due to the change both of life environments and eating habits. It is effective against food allergy to remove the foods including allergens. However the patients have not been offered information of cooked food sufficiently. To improve this situation, we developed the system which can automatically deliver food allergen information of school lunch to the users. The users, who we suppose either parents or teachers, are required to register both the e-mail address and food allergens. If the allergens are included in the school lunch menu on that day, the system sends e-mail describing dish names, grams and so on. The users who received the e-mail are offered more detailed information about the menu by web pages. Both web page contents and e-mails which differ by users were automatically made from menu information. The menu information was described in XML language, and its data structure was defined by XML Schema. The system was designed as Web application therefore it was available for users with browser on PC or cell-phone to use from any place at any time. The application programs were written in Java.
