染色廃液の浄化法に関する検討

This paper investigates the de-colorization efficiency of six kinds dyes (direct dyes and acid dyes) on the photo-catalytic degradation method by TiO2 and adsorption method by activated carbons, from the standpoint of the purification of textile dye waste water in the laboratory.The degree of removal of dyes was determined by the concentration of dye before and after treatment with a spectrophotometer. The main results obtained are summarized. With the photo-catalytic degradation method, the degree of removal of dyes was increased by increasing the amount of TiO2 and longer irradiation time with ultraviolet radiation. The degree of removal of dyes was confirmed using both photo-resolution effect and the co-precipitation effect methods, and was affected by the pH of dye in the waste water. The removal efficiency using the photo-resolution method and the adsorption method differed with each type of dye, therefore, the combination of these two methods is proposed for practical purposes.
