Presently, the remote sensing skills are ever so important and useful in urban planning or enormous disaster situation. Our laboratory has two full-polarimetric data, Terra SAR-X and PALSAR (ALOS). Taking this advantage, we will present the results of extracting average building alignment. Those are an angle of structure's line about urban area, it is difficult to know from SAR data by eyes. And only full polarimetric observation can make this parameter in SAR data. We apply this method for TerraSAR-X and compare initially data from PALSAR and so on. I wish this study will contribute even if only slightly.
