Full-polarimetric SAR observation has large potential to clarify physical properties of observed area. Nowadays, several space-borne full-polarimetric SAR are available. However, even now full-polarimetric observation still remains experimental mode. As a result, most of archive observation data are single or dual polarized ones. As, fortunately, in urban area we can have persistent scatterers along time passing, we can derive pseudo full-polarimetric data from two different polarization set observed at different time from archives. We evaluate this pseudo full-polarimetric data using reference scatterers and real full-polarimetric observation by PALSAR and TerraSAR-X.
