Cellulose was dissolved in water under hydrothermal condition, and by cooling the solution, oversaturated cellulose aqueous solution was obtained. Hydrothermal treatment was conducted at 300-400℃ and 25 MPa. Product of hydrothermal pretreatment process was furthre treated by 2 step homogeneous enzymatic hydrolysis, usign cellobiosidase and β-glucosidase. Glucose yield was0.24, obtained after enzymatic hydrolysis.
