The purpose of this study is to show the possibility of changing the viewpoint of human body through physical education. For this purpose, in this paper, consideration is given to physical fitness and general gymnastics. The results are as follows. (1) The background of beginning physical fitness and general gymnastics exists that there is a perspective on the polarization of exercise and the unifying "mind-body relationship" and "image" of viewpoint of human body, and there are two causes that "Zero-" and "superabundance-" viewpoint of human body. (2) Physical fitness and general gymnastics can help in the learning of the "structure of human movement". This learning can change from "Zero-viewpoint of human body" to the "viewpoint of human body with human movement". (3) Rope skipping is regard as a form of educational material that can be readily be used to develop easy movement to more intricate movement. What occurs is genesis through the learning of body movement. That is, learners create a new structure of movement that corresponds to the preexisting two structures; namely, themselves and ropes. (4) We can learn not only human movement but also genesis of it. This learning is the functional attributes that comprise the body in action. The conclusion of this study is as follows. It is necessary to join the educational goal of developing the viewpoint of human body through the genesis of human movement. This goal realizes the "making of human movement by learners themselves". For this to be learnt, it is important for it to be actively taught by PE teachers. It is also important to emphasize this "structure of human movement" in the junior high school, and high school physical education curriculum.
