At construction sites, there are many problems caused by the fact that many companies participate in constructions. To solve them, we propose a total management system architecture, which consists of multiple agents and a bulletin board module connecting them. Each agent registers the name of parameters and their conditions as triggers on the bulletin board module. When the agent reports changed its condition to the bulletin board module, the bulletin board module informs the relevant agent about that. Thus, the bulletin board module realizes necessary and sufficient communication among agents.
