In construction production, there are many problems caused by the fact that many companies participate in the production. To solve them, we propose a management system which consists of multiple agents and the bulletin board module connecting them. The bulletin board module realizes necessary and sufficient communication among agents by controlling conveyance of information. Furthermore, by introducing multi-layer simultaneous auctions, each agent can shorten its processing time of a work with improving its estimation accuracy. This leads to generation of schedule without excessive slack/float.
