This paper proposes the combination of Nano Plastic Forming (NPF), coating, and roller imprinting processes, abbreviated as NPF-CRI, to fabricate nano and micro structures with high throughput, low cost, low emission, flexibility in geometries, and flexibility in work materials. By controlling the indentation loads and pitches, a variety of 3D-structure arrays corresponding to the diamond tool shapes are fabricated using NPF process. The patterns are then replicated onto the surface of aluminium, zinc, acrylic and PVC by roller imprinting. Evaluations in terms of geometries are carried out and the results show a good agreement, thus validating the proposed approach.
