The walking assistance apparatus used spatial parallel link mechanisms have been developed. The purpose of this study is development of the walking assistance apparatus for not limited to the service space, the various heights of the users, and using long time. For the purpose of decrease interference of person's legs and apparatus's knee joint shafts, knee joints shafts were designed. Also the leg links was designed for using the different height of the user. The muscle fatigue while walking with the apparatus for one hour was evaluated by mean power frequency (MPF). MPF was figured from frequency that analyzed electromyography by continuous wavelet transform. The experimental results show that muscle fatigue with wearing the apparatus was decreased, compeered of walking without apparatus.
