In this short paper, the author tries to give the clues for quest for the new paradigm of Japanese management to the readers. The paper has firstly pointed out that we have to pay careful attention to currently "structured change" in the U.S. driven global capitalism and to the drastic social-economic transformation in Japan. These issues may have serious impact on the nature of Japanese management in the coming decade. Therefore, it is significantly important that we should have global/long term view-point to overcome those major changes. For those issues, the author prepare the answers to the following three questions: how Japanese corporations in the 21^<st> century should tackle (1) to operate their business in profitable/competitive way, (2) to enhance their corporate value, and (3) to achieve their corporate social responsibilities. In order to meet those challenges, this paper has also pointed out the importance of the continued practice of "sustainable management" for Japanese corporations.
