It is realized to systematic analysis of grade particulate shape, composition and structure for the first time, discussed the homogeneous nucleation mechanism of welding aerosol particles, confirmed that the particles of 10^<-2>μm order were mainly Fe_3O_4 crystal and they were generated according to the homogeneous form of vapor to particulate conversion and its controlling reaction is Fe(G) to Fe(L). The model of particulate nucleation zone in welding arc is put forward. It is important to analysis particulate generation process welding aerosols.
