少子化対策に志向する今の子育て支援の問題点

In recent years, the child-nurturing support program has been strongly promoted in Japan. On the other hand, child abuse has become more intensified and problems related to child poverty have become a serious issue. In this paper, it is argued that the current child-nurturing support is not effective for those children who experience child abuse and the disadvantages of poverty. The conclusion is that the current child-nurturing support does not secure the well-being of all children. Through examining problems of the current child-nurturing support program, it is argued that the child-nurturing support should aim to secure the life and growth of child.
